1. General

The present conditions apply to all sales made on the ORO Golf by CGC Tour website . By ordering a product, you automatically accept these conditions.


2. Products

The products presented on the site are described and displayed as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly depending on the screen.


3. Price

Prices shown are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes or delivery charges. ORO Golf by CGC Tour reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.


4. Payment

Payment is due at the time the order is placed. We accept payments via secure platforms (e.g. credit card, PayPal).


5. Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 3 to 7 working days. Delivery times may vary according to destination. A confirmation e-mail with tracking details will be sent to you as soon as your order is dispatched.


6. Return policy

You have 30 days after receipt of your order to make a return or exchange, provided that the products are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.

To return a product :

  • Contact us at info@orogolf.ca with your order number
  • Return the items at your own expense to the address provided.
  • Refunds will be made after receipt and inspection of the items.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


7. Liability

Oro Golf cannot be held responsible for any indirect damage related to the use or performance of products sold on the site.


8. Warranty exclusions

ORO Golf by CGC Tour does not warrant that the content of the site is accurate, that the operation of the site will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that the site will be free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the site at your own risk. ORO Golf by CGC Tour does not represent or warrant that use of materials displayed on this site will not infringe rights of third parties. Without limiting the foregoing, the site is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
